PAYMENTS
As payment, we accept cash, check, Care Credit, credit card, or debit card. Full payment for services is due at the time of services.
ACCEPTED INSURANCE
We know how complicated insurance forms can be, so as a courtesy to you we will submit your paperwork for your insurance company’s portion of your payment. If you have a co-pay, we will collect that at the time of treatment.
